Duties

A. Oversee matters related to the International Special Programs Division and formulate medium- and long-term development strategies and implementation plans.
B. Coordinate departmental organizational planning, project proposals, budget preparation, and resource allocation.
C. Responsible for inter-departmental administrative coordination and the implementation of internationalization policies.
D. Supervise the execution of center operations, project advancement, and performance evaluation based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
E. Plan manpower allocation and establish personnel recruitment principles.
F. Coordinate and promote international recruitment policies and strategic development.

D. Plan the development direction and collaboration models for short-term overseas programs; promote the establishment of cross-border learning environments.

E. Coordinate the development of international collaboration projects and the signing of agreements; strengthen substantive inter-institutional exchanges and bilateral cooperation outcomes.

G. Oversee liaison and reception arrangements for visiting international delegations; establish standardized operating procedures and manage external institutional image.

Duties

A. Responsible for handling international student admissions, document review, housing arrangements, registration procedures, and other related matters.

B. Organize orientation programs for new international students, cross-cultural exchange activities, and scholarship application processes.

C. Collect, organize, and maintain basic personal information of international students.

D. Assist international students with daily life support in Taiwan, and help with legal application procedures such as Alien Resident Certificates (ARC) and work permits.

E. Assist with international student scholarship applications and related administrative tasks.
