本專班申請入學時，華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)基礎級(Level 2,相當於 CEFR A2)聽、讀 2 項皆須達 A2 級(含)以上(第 1 學年結束前須達 B1 級(含)以上)。

When applying for admission to this program, applicants must achieve a minimum of A2 level in both the listening and reading sections of the Test of Chinese Language Proficiency (TOCFL) Level 2 (equivalent to CEFR A2) (and a minimum of B1 level before the end of the first academic year).

四.財力證明基準 Financial Proof Requirements 

最近三個月經由金融機構提出中文或英文存款證明新臺幣150,000元或美金5,000元以上之財力證明書或政府、本校或民間機構提供之獎助學金證明。

Within the last three months, you must provide proof of financial resources, such as a bank statement in Chinese or English, showing a deposit of NT$150,000 or USD 5,000 or more, or proof of scholarships or grants provided by the government, your school, or private organizations.

全額獎學金得主可以獎學金證明書代替(不接受獎學金申請表)。已獲教育部臺灣獎學金證明者，仍須檢附由金融機構提出中文或英文存款證明新臺幣60,000元或美金2,000元之財力證明。

Full scholarship recipients may receive a scholarship certificate instead (scholarship application forms will not be accepted). Those who have received the Taiwan Scholarship Certificate from the Ministry of Education must still attach a financial certificate of NT$60,000 or US$2,000 from a financial institution in Chinese or English.

六.學雜費收退費標準Tuition and Fee Payment & Refund Policy 

1.依據「大仁科技大學115學年度外國學生入學獎學金實施要點」辦理本校115學年度之四技學生入學優惠。

In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for Scholarships for Foreign Students in the 2026-2027 Academic Year of Tajen University", preferential admission policies will be implemented for four-year technical college students in the 2026-2027 academic year.

2.符合本獎助資格之四技學位生，第一學期提供入學獎學金，得抵免當學期學雜費；第二學期至第八學期，每學期繳交註冊費金額新台幣51,973元，費用明細如下：學費新台幣37,913元、雜費新台幣12,510元、電腦使用費新台幣600元，以及平安保險費新台幣950元。（實際收費標準依當學期會計室網頁公告為準。)

Students eligible for this scholarship and grant in their four-year technical college program will receive an entrance scholarship for the first semester, which will be used to offset tuition and miscellaneous fees for that semester. From the second to the eighth semester, a registration fee of NT$51,973 will be charged per semester, with the following breakdown: tuition NT$37,913, miscellaneous fees NT$12,510, computer usage fee NT$600, and accident insurance NT$950. (The actual fee schedule is subject to the announcement on the accounting office's website for that semester.)

七. 獎助學金 Scholarship 

(一)外國學生得申請中華民國教育部設置之教育部臺灣獎學金，其申請對象及流程依臺灣獎學金及華語文獎學金辦公室（https://taiwanscholarship.moe.gov.tw/web/index.aspx ）公告辦理。

Foreign students may apply for the Ministry of Education Taiwan Scholarship established by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China. The application requirements and procedures are subject to the announcements of the Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Program (https://taiwanscholarship.moe.gov.tw/web/index.aspx ).

(二)符合本獎助資格之四技學位生，第一學期提供入學獎學金，得抵免當學期學雜費；第二學期至第八學期，每學期繳交註冊費金額新台幣51,973元，費用明細如下：學費新台幣37,913元、雜費新台幣12,510元、電腦使用費新台幣600元，以及平安保險費新台幣950元。（實際收費標準依當學期會計室網頁公告為準。)

(三)依據「大仁科技大學115學年度外國學生入學獎學金實施要點」辦理申請入住第二宿舍者，第一學期免住宿費；第二學期起，每學期住宿費新台幣4,500元，但寒暑假及電費依住宿規定收費；未申請或學期中離宿再申請者均視同放棄，並不得再申請。

According to the "Implementation Guidelines for the 2026 Academic Year Scholarship for International Students of Tajen University", students who apply for accommodation in the second dormitory will be exempt from accommodation fees for the first semester. From the second semester onwards, the accommodation fee will be NT$4,500 per semester, but winter and summer vacations and electricity fees will be charged according to the accommodation regulations. Those who do not apply or apply again after leaving the dormitory during the semester will be deemed to have given up their application and will not be allowed to apply again.

(四)新型專班產學獎助金 INTENSE program Scholarship 

1.新型專班之產學獎助金來源包括行政院國家發展基金及合作企業，包含：

The scholarship sources for the The INTENSE Program include the National Development Fund of the Executive Yuan and the cooperating enterprises, including:

(1)學生初次來台的必要行政費用(檢附收據核銷，上限新台幣 1 萬元)：來臺前的健康檢查費用、簽證費用及文書驗證費用，由行政院國家發展基金提供。 

Necessary administrative expenses for students’ first arrival in Taiwan (receipt attached for the reimbursement, with a maximum of NTD. 10,000): The fees are sponsored by the National Development Fund of Executive Yuan, including Health examination fees prior to arrival in Taiwan, Visa fees, and documents verification fee.

(2)    來臺單程機票：由行政院國家發展基金提供，以直航之經濟艙單程機票，上限為新台幣9,000 元。

One-way flight to Taiwan: Provided by the National Development Fund of the Executive Yuan, with a maximum limit of NT$9,000 for an economy class one-way ticket on direct flights.

(3)    學雜費(至多 2 年)：由行政院國家發展基金提供，一學期上限為新台幣 5 萬元。國際生錄取後第 1 年給予全額學雜費補助,但第 2 年第 1 學期結束前華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)聽、讀 2 項皆須需達 B1 級(含)以上，且需通過學校與企業審查成績與表現後擇優補助。

Tuition and fees (maximum 2 years): Provided by the National Development Fund of the Executive Yuan, with a maximum of NT$50,000 per semester.International students receive a full tuition and fees subsidy in their first year of admission. However, before the end of the first semester of their second year, they must achieve a score of B1 or above in both the Listening and Reading sections of the Test of Chinese Language Proficiency (TOCFL), and the subsidy will be awarded based on merit after review of their performance by the school and employer.

(4)    生活津貼每月新台幣 1 萬元：由合作企業提供。

      Monthly living allowance of NTD. 10,000: Provided by cooperating enterprises.

 (5) 第二年實習期間給予不低於基本工資額度的實習津貼。

During the second year of internship, an internship allowance of no less than the basic salary will be provided.

2. 學生於就學期間領取政府及企業產學獎助金，畢業後即具有一定期間的留臺就業義務；即領取產學獎助金者，必須於該企業工作義務 2 年。

         During their period of study, students receiving government and corporate industry-academic grants are obligated to work in Taiwan for a certain period after graduation. Specifically, recipients of industry- academic grants are required to fulfill a 2-year work obligation with the sponsoring enterprise.

3.產學獎助金繳還原則 The INTENSE scholarship repayment principles ：

(1)    就學期間因個人因素中途退出專班:如申請轉學、轉系、休學返國,經學校輔導後仍放棄繼續就讀專班、或經學校依學則退學、開除學籍等情形,學生應返還已領之產學獎助金。

Students who withdraw from the program due to personal reasons during their studies, such as applying for a transfer, changing departments, taking a leave of absence to return to their home country, or giving up continuing their studies after school counseling, or being expelled or dismissed by the school according to the rules, should return the industry-academia scholarships and grants they have received.

(2)    學生學習表現不佳,未通過學校及企業評核標準,並經學校輔導後仍無改善且依學則處以退學、開除學籍等情形,學生應返還已領之產學獎助金。

          If a student's academic performance is poor, fails to meet the school and company evaluation standards, and shows no improvement after school counseling, and is subject to expulsion or dismissal according to academic regulations, the student should return the industry-academia collaboration grant already received.

(3)    學生畢業後選擇不至合作企業或相關產業領域就業,或就業後違反公司規定被依法終止勞動契約,並經學校輔導後仍無改善者,學生應返還已領之產學獎助金。

If a student chooses not to work for the partner company or related industry after graduation, or if they violate company regulations and have their employment contract terminated in accordance with the law, and there is still no improvement after the school's guidance, the student should return the industry-academia scholarship and grant they have received.

4. 學生於合作企業就業期間未滿受領產學獎助金年限(領取 1 年產學獎助金者須留臺就業 12 個月、領取 2 年產學獎助金者須留臺就業 24 個月):應依其未就業之月數比例繳還產學獎助金;不滿一月者,以一月計。(如就業地點未在國內,應依未於國內就業之月數比例繳還產學獎助金;不滿一月者,以一月計。)若因中途轉換工作,考量尋職所需時間,參加 2 年計畫者,於履約日起算,應於 2 年 6 個月內完成留臺就業 2 年之義務;若未就業時間累計超過半年,則應依其未就業之月數比例償還產學獎助金。(參加 1 年計畫者,於履約日起算,應於 1 年 6個月內完成留臺就業 1 年之義務;若未就業時間累計超過 6 個月,則應依其未就業之月數比例償還產學獎助金)。

If a student's employment period with a partner company does not meet the required years of receiving the industry-academia collaboration grant (those receiving a 1-year grant must remain employed in Taiwan for 12 months, and those receiving a 2-year grant must remain employed in Taiwan for 24 months): the student must repay the grant proportionally to the number of months of unemployment; any period less than one month will be counted as one month. (If the employment location is not in Taiwan, the student must repay the grant proportionally to the number of months of unemployment; any period less than one month will be counted as one month.) If a student participates in the 2-year program due to a job change and the time required for job hunting, they must fulfill the obligation of remaining employed in Taiwan for 2 years within 2 years and 6 months from the date of contract fulfillment; if the accumulated unemployment period exceeds six months, the student must repay the grant proportionally to the number of months of unemployment. (Participants in the 1-year program shall complete the obligation of staying in Taiwan for 1 year of employment within 1 year and 6 months from the date of contract fulfillment; if the cumulative period of unemployment exceeds 6 months, the industry-academia scholarship shall be repaid in proportion to the number of months of unemployment).
