本校辦理招生事務，除宣傳、推廣及協助 學生辦理來臺必要程序外，未委由校外機構、法人、團體或個人辦理。

Handles the recruitment of international students without commissioning any external institution, legal person, group, orindividual to handle related matters except publicity and promotion, and to assist students coming to Taiwan undertake the necessary related procedures.

三.入學語言能力門檻Admission Language Proficiency Requirement 

1.國際專修部入學必需先修一年華語先修課程(至少 720 小時)，每人以 1 次為限，華語先修課程期滿後必須達華語文能力測驗 (TOCFL) A2 標準方可接續進入學士專班修習專業課程，未通過 A2 標準者學校逕行退學處分並通報註銷居留身份，學生須於居留證失效前離境。

The International Foundation Program admission is required to take at least 720 hours of one-year Chinese courses. Each application is limited to 1 time. After one-year Chinese courses, students must pass the A2 standard of the TOCFL then continue to study professional courses in undergraduate program. Those who fail to pass the A2 standard will be subject to withdrawal from the school and will be notified of the cancellation of their residence status. The student must leave the country before the residence permit expires.

2. 華語先修期間不得轉系或轉學。

Transferring to different academic departments or schools is NOT allowed during the 1st year in the International Foundation Program.

四.財力證明基準 Financial Proof Requirements 

最近三個月經由金融機構提出中文或英文存款證明新臺幣150,000元或美金5,000元以上之財力證明書或政府、本校或民間機構提供之獎助學金證明。

Within the last three months, you must provide proof of financial resources, such as a bank statement in Chinese or English, showing a deposit of NT$150,000 or USD 5,000 or more, or proof of scholarships or grants provided by the government, your school, or private organizations.

全額獎學金得主可以獎學金證明書代替(不接受獎學金申請表)。已獲教育部臺灣獎學金證明者，仍須檢附由金融機構提出中文或英文存款證明新臺幣60,000元或美金2,000元之財力證明。

Full scholarship recipients may receive a scholarship certificate instead (scholarship application forms will not be accepted). Those who have received the Taiwan Scholarship Certificate from the Ministry of Education must still attach a financial certificate of NT$60,000 or US$2,000 from a financial institution in Chinese or English.

六.學雜費收退費標準Tuition and Fee Payment & Refund Policy 

1.依據「大仁科技大學115學年度外國學生入學獎學金實施要點」辦理本校115學年度之四技學生入學優惠。

In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for Scholarships for Foreign Students in the 2026-2027 Academic Year of Tajen University", preferential admission policies will be implemented for four-year technical college students in the 2026-2027 academic year.

2.符合本獎助資格之華語先修生，第一學期提供入學獎學金，得抵免當學期學雜費；第二學期繳交註冊費新台幣27,000元，費用明細如下：學費新台幣25,450元、電腦使用費新台幣600元及平安保險費新台幣950元。（實際收費標準依當學期會計室網頁公告為準。)

Students who qualify for this scholarship and grant and are enrolled in the Chinese language program will receive an entrance scholarship for the first semester, which will be used to offset tuition and fees for that semester. For the second semester, a registration fee of NT$27,000 is required, detailed as follows: tuition NT$25,450, computer usage fee NT$600, and accident insurance NT$950. (Actual fees are subject to the announcement on the accounting office's website for that semester.)

3.符合本獎助資格之四技學位生，第三學期至第十學期，每學期繳交註冊費新台幣42,000元，費用明細如下：學費新台幣30,000元、雜費新台幣10,450元、電腦使用費新台幣600元及平安保險費新台幣950元。（實際收費標準依當學期會計室網頁公告為準。)

Students eligible for this scholarship/assistance for a four-year technical college degree shall pay a registration fee of NT$42,000 per semester from the third to the tenth semester. The fee details are as follows: tuition fee NT$30,000, miscellaneous fees NT$10,450, computer usage fee NT$600, and accident insurance fee NT$950. (The actual fee schedule is subject to the announcement on the accounting office's website for that semester.)

七. 獎助學金 Scholarship 

1.外國學生得申請中華民國教育部設置之教育部臺灣獎學金，其申請對象及流程依臺灣獎學金及華語文獎學金辦公室（https://taiwanscholarship.moe.gov.tw/web/index.aspx ）公告辦理。

Foreign students may apply for the Ministry of Education Taiwan Scholarship established by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China. The application requirements and procedures are subject to the announcements of the Taiwan Scholarship and Huayu Enrichment Scholarship Program (https://taiwanscholarship.moe.gov.tw/web/index.aspx ).

4.依據「大仁科技大學115學年度外國學生入學獎學金實施要點」辦理申請入住第二宿舍者，第一學期免住宿費；第二學期起，每學期住宿費新台幣4,500元，但寒暑假及電費依住宿規定收費；未申請或學期中離宿再申請者均視同放棄，並不得再申請。

According to the "Implementation Guidelines for the 2026 Academic Year Scholarship for International Students of Tajen University", students who apply for accommodation in the second dormitory will be exempt from accommodation fees for the first semester. From the second semester onwards, the accommodation fee will be NT$4,500 per semester, but winter and summer vacations and electricity fees will be charged according to the accommodation regulations. Those who do not apply or apply again after leaving the dormitory during the semester will be deemed to have given up their application and will not be allowed to apply again.
