OFFICIAL STATEMENT
Recently, Tajen University has received reports that certain individuals or organizations in Vietnam, without official authorization from the University, have been using the name of Tajen University to recruit students for the International Industry-Academia Collaboration Programs and the International Foundation Program. Some have even collected fees from study abroad agencies or students, falsely claiming they can guarantee admission or provide special enrollment arrangements.
Tajen University hereby issues the following official statement:
1. All international student recruitment activities of Tajen University are conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education of Taiwan and must be carried out only by officially authorized partners or institutions announced by the University.
2. Any individual or organization that uses the name of Tajen University without written authorization to recruit students, collect fees, establish cooperation, claim representation rights, or guarantee admission is engaging in unauthorized and potentially illegal activities. The University does not recognize such actions.
3. Tajen University has never authorized any individual to privately collect referral fees, deposits, placement fees, or any improper charges from agencies or students.
4. The University reserves the right to pursue legal action against any person or organization that falsely uses the University’s name, damages the University’s reputation, or conducts illegal recruitment activities.
5. To protect students’ rights and interests, all official recruitment information should be verified through the University’s official website, official announcements, official correspondence, or direct contact with the University.
