1. In response to the growing need for professional training among school career guidance personnel, we are organizing the **International Certified Career Development Advisor (CDA) Training Program**. This program provides specialized training for career counselors and department advisors in schools, with the goal of cultivating a group of faculty with professional competencies in career development consultation.

2. We sincerely invite your institution to nominate staff members to participate in this training program, jointly cultivating professional school-based career advisors equipped with effective counseling knowledge and consultation skills to better assist students in their career planning.

3. The course will be taught by **certified instructors (CDFI and CDI)** from the **National Career Development Association (NCDA), USA**, using officially authorized and professionally translated Chinese training materials. Upon completion of the program, participants will be eligible to apply for international certification and become **Certified Career Development Advisors (CDA)**.

4. Upcoming Training Sessions:

* **CDA Batch 45 – Taipei Class:** Expected to begin on **Saturday, August 2, 2025**
* **CDA Batch 46 – Kaohsiung Class:** Expected to begin on **Saturday, September 27, 2025**

5. **Training Format:**

* **In-person instruction:** Classroom-based learning
* **Extracurricular practice:** Case internships, in-group exercises, and individual assignments
* **Consultation supervision:** Group supervision, large-group supervision, and case internship supervision

6. Program Fees:

* **Training fee:** NT\$65,000 per person
* **Material fee:** NT\$6,400 per person
* **Certification fee:** NT\$4,500 per person (International Certification), NT\$2,500 per person (Chinese Certification)
* **Group discount available** for two or more registrants from the same institution
